After visiting all of the states in the US and many provinces in Canada, Dee decided to spend two months studying European couture and fabric design for her post graduate work in seven different European countries. When she married she continued to involve her husband and children in her passion for travel and to learn about the geography and cultures of other parts of the world. We have taken trips from Australia to Russia with many visits between the two. Dee planned many trips for her family and friends to the United Kingdom, Italy, France, Germany, New Zealand, Greece and Costa Rica. Dee's mission in life is to help others. Those who have traveled with her suggested she use her knowledge and passion for travel to help others. Dee is a sustaining member of the Memphis Junior League and is very active in her church and in civic affairs.

His love of travel and travel planning peaked his interest. He began to ask his good friend Ann Caraway, Co Owner of Air/Sea International Travel, INC. questions about the in's and out's of the travel industry. A new career was born. Mark's former life was being immersed in customer service, operational tasks, education and facts and figures as a District Sales Manager for some of the countries big box retailers. He felt that his combination of past experiences and his love of planning his own travel were a perfect formula for success. My travel career has opened endless opportunities to experience the world, definitely a perfect fit for my sense of adventure and passion for travel. My favorite vacation destinations are Hawaii, Mexico and the Caribbean because I love the beach. I am also very passionate about exploring the USA. Here in our own country we have so many different accents, cultures, architecture and natural wonders. I find it all very intriguing. In my spare time I enjoy making quilts for charitable organizations such as Children's Hospitals, the Battered Womens Shelters and Quilts of Valor for our Veterans. Expert Bio I have been blessed with a fun and diverse career in travel. It started in 1981 when I was offered a part time position working as a Security Agent for our regional airport in Utah. A year later deregulation in the airline industry provided an opportunity for me to work as a gate and ramp agent for Sky West Airlines. In this position I did everything from de-icing the plane to calling in the local weather to the National Weather Service. In 1984 my husband's career brought us to Memphis where my duties changed again when I accepted a position working for a Travel Agency. At the time I never imagined the impact the change would make on my life. I was assigned to the St. Jude Patient Travel account, it was rewarding and challenging at the same time. There was a sense of pride knowing we were helping these families in our own way. In an effort to keep their travel travel cost down we were very creative, we negotiated unheard of discounts with the airlines. We even bought cameras and cereal when they offiered free airlines tickets with the purchase of their products. I was later promoted to Director of Corporate Travel Services but never ventured far from the St. Jude Account. In 1997 St. Jude Children's Research Hospital consolidated their Business and Patient Travel by developing their own In-House Travel Office. I was honored when they recruited me to manage the department. Two years later I was promoted to Director of Patient Services and my responsibilities expanded to include Patient Housing, Meals and all modes of patient transportation. In 2007 I joined the team at Air/Sea Travel as a corporate agent. As our business model moved more towards Leisure Travel, I was given the opportunity to work with local Ministries booking their Mission Groups, which has been very rewarding.
